Your estimated patient portion must be paid as per the contract agreement. We are a premier provider of Delta Dental. While we are not in network with other Insurance providers, we can still file your claim for you. You will be responsible for any balance not taken care of by your insurance policy. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services provided. If you have any questions, our knowledgeable staff is always available to answer them. Insurance policies vary, so we are available to review your insurance with you to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
